The Process

INITIAL MEETING
First, we meet with you to discuss and show you what we can do for your facility. Part of this initial meeting includes a short DVD as well as a live demonstration which shows you exactly how we are able to protect and optimize your facility. Your personal energy specialist from Total Energy Concepts will help you determine whether or not your facility qualifies and would be a good candidate to more forward to the facility survey.

SURVEY
Electrical Survey Next, if your facility qualifies, a survey of your facility is conducted. During the survey, while we are gathering data, we also look for potential equipment problems, weak points in your energy system so we can custom design an energy optimization system that would be the most beneficial to your facility. It's an opportunity for you to have a trained energy specialist look at your facility for free. All we ask is that if we can show you a favorable Return On Investment, we have a chance for you to become a customer.

FINDINGS, SOLUTIONS, PLACE ORDER
Choosing the correct solution When we sit down with you to review our findings we will explain your potential energy savings in terms of a lower electric bill, tax advantages, as well as maintenance, repair and downtime savings – all of which are a benefit of the Total Energy Optimization System from TEC. We will then provide a definitive solution for you, outline the cost of the system, the total savings, and a timeline for the return on your investment. We employ what we call a GOOD – BETTER – BEST philosophy, meaning if your facility doesn’t qualify for a full system – BEST SOLUTION, we will propose the next best option (BETTER SOLUTION) all the way down to maybe a simple protection unit (GOOD SOLUTION) where you still get value for your investment. The goal is to design and propose a system that returns the most savings for the least amount of investment. When you are comfortable with
whatever option is being proposed, we will place the order!

INSTALLATION
Certified Electrical Installation The installation is only done by our certified electricians and typically starts within 2-3 weeks after the proposal has been signed. Part of the installation is to ensure that every unit is installed correctly, therefore, the installers have to record each and every unit’s serial number, location, and provide the metered results that prove the unit(s) are working correctly before the team leaves your facility. Once complete, the system will immediately begin assisting you with increased productivity, decreased energy usage, and a lower electric bill.
