Position: Sales – Energy Specialist

Experience Required: 1 - 4 years in sales or equivalent field. Business to Business or industrial sales experience is helpful.

Training Required: Initial 8 Hour Training - 30 Day Evaluation Training in the field.

Skills Required: Candidate MUST be very honest, forthcoming in their presentations to customers, and have the ability to establish rapport. Candidate MUST possess extreme commitment to customer service, outgoing personality, and a deep desire to succeed in an exciting industry that is growing fast. Professional cold calling and networking skills required. Candidates must be computer and email literate and be familiar with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.

Position: Contract Engineer

Start Date: Immediately

Positions Available: 1

Location: We are a national company with our home office in Minnesota. The position would be based in MN…with travel required to support other markets.

Education/Experience Required: B.S in Engineering preferred, but not required based on experience. Must have knowledge of electricity and be able to perform simple tasks as changing a lighting ballast or reading an electrical meter.

Training Required: 30 Day Evaluation Training in the field.
